My Store

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

This store is operated by [registered company name — to be completed], trading as My Store, registered office [registered address — to be completed], company number [company number — to be completed], VAT number [VAT number — to be completed]. You can reach us at [contact email — to be completed].

By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. We sell to consumers for personal use; orders placed for resale may be refused.

3. Products, sizing and images

Our garments are described on each product page, with the composition, care instructions and size guidance we hold. Photographs are intended to show the garment accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural fibres may show small irregularities in weave, shade or finish. These variations are characteristic of the materials and are not defects.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full.

4. Prices, taxes and duties

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately and confirmed before you pay.
  • Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
  • Deliveries outside the customs territory of the destination may attract import duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
  • If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How a contract is formed

Products shown on the store are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. We send an acknowledgement email when the order is received; the contract is formed only when we send confirmation that the item has been dispatched. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a price or description error is found, or we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. Card details are entered on the provider's secure form and are never seen or stored by us. Your order is processed once payment is authorised. Digital items such as e-tickets are delivered by email after payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping and Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

8. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them within a further 14 days. Full details, the exceptions that apply, and how refunds are calculated are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity in the European Union. We pay return postage on faulty items.

10. Discount codes and gift cards

Promotional codes are valid for the period and products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a code where it has been obtained or used improperly. Where a code was applied to a returned order, the refund is based on the amount actually paid.

11. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You may not use the store unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape its content, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including photographs, garment designs, text, logos and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business losses, nor for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption or industrial action. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at [contact email — to be completed] so we can resolve the matter. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform. Nothing prevents you from bringing proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of [country of jurisdiction — to be completed], and mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
