Shipping & Returns

Every delivery option available for your address, with its price and estimated arrival, is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in the currency selected on the store and include VAT where applicable.

• Orders are prepared within [order processing time, e.g. 1-2 business days — to be completed], Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
• You receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves us.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and start from dispatch, not from the time of ordering.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact [contact email — to be completed] and we will trace the parcel with the carrier. Where we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. For deliveries outside the customs territory of the destination country, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged on arrival and are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the destination authorities and are not included in the price you pay us.

Refused parcels that are returned to us are refunded for the value of the goods, less any unrecoverable shipping and customs costs.

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We can usually amend an address only before dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or undeliverable, we refund the goods once they reach us; the cost of redelivery is payable again.

Digital items, including event tickets, require no shipping and are sent to your order email address once payment is confirmed.

• You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items within a further 14 days.
• Garments must be unworn and unwashed, with labels and hygiene seals attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving, or of proof of postage.
• Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
• Sale items carry the same rights as full-price items.
